1 large onion, diced.
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 Lb.Of smoked sausage, sliced into bite-sized pieces.
1 medium head of cabbage, shredded.
4 carrots, peeled and sliced
4 celery stalks, sliced.
4 Cups.Of chicken or vegetable broth.
2 Cups.Of water.,
1 Can.Of diced tomatoes.
1 Tsp.Of dried thyme.
1 bay leaf.
Salt and pepper, to taste.
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
PREPARATION:
1st Step
In a large saucepan, simmer the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté for approximately 5 minutes, or until aromatic and translucent.
2nd Step

3rd Step
