EPIC BEEF NACHOS SUPREME


 

THE INGREDIENTS LIST:

500 grams.Of ground beef.

1 Tbsp.Of vegetable oil.

1 small diced onion.

2 garlic cloves, minced.

1 Tbsp.Of chili powder.

1 Tsp.Of ground cumin.

1/2 Tsp.Of paprika.

1/2 Tsp.Of dried oregano.

1/4 Tsp.Of cayenne pepper (adjust to taste).

Salt and pepper to taste.

1 can.Of refried beans.

1 large bag.Of tortilla chips.

2 Cups.Of shredded cheese ( you can use cheddar or Monterey Jack)

1 Cup.Of diced tomatoes.

1/2 Cup.Of sliced black olives.

1/4 Cup.Of chopped fresh cilantro.

1/4 Cup.Of diced jalapeños (optional).

Sour cream, guacamole, and salsa for serving.

PREPARATION: 

1st Step 

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the onion is transparent and the garlic is aromatic.

2nd Step 

Put the ground beef in the pan and brown it while breaking it up with a spoon. Remove any accumulated grease.

3rd Step

Sprinkle the chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper over the cooked beef. Blend the spices in by stirring them in well. Allow the flavors to come together by cooking for an extra 2 minutes. Take it off the heat.

4th Step 

Place a single layer of tortilla chips in a large baking dish or on a baking sheet. Spread the chips with a portion of the refried beans. On top of the beans, scatter half of the seasoned ground meat.

5th Step

Cover the meat with a mountain of shredded cheese. Layer another helping of chips, beans, ground beef, and cheese on top of the first.

6th Step 

When the oven is hot, put the baking sheet or dish inside to melt the cheese and create a bubbly top.

7th Step 

Put the nachos in the oven until the cheese melts, then take them out. Sprinkle over the chopped cilantro, diced jalapenos, sliced black olives, and diced tomatoes.

8th Step 

Hot nachos with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa should be served with the appropriate toppings. And they may top their nachos with anything they choose and dip them in the sauces.
