HERE'S A LIST OF ALL INGREDIENTS YOU’LL NEED:

450 grams.Of shrimp (peeled and deveined).

225 grams.Of fettuccine or any pasta of your choice. 

4 cloves of garlic – minced. 

2 Tbsp.Of butter.

1 Cup.Of heavy cream. 

1/2 Cup.Of chicken or vegetable broth.

1/4 Cup.Of grated Parmesan cheese.

1 Tbsp.Of fresh lemon juice.

1 Tbsp.Of fresh parsley, chopped.

Salt and pepper to taste. 

PREPARATION:

1st Step 

Get the water in a big saucepan boiling and add some salt. Cook the pasta until it reaches the al dente texture specified by the box. The spaghetti should be drained and kept aside.

2nd Step 

Over medium heat, melt the butter in a large skillet. Carefully sauté the minced garlic for 1 to 2 minutes, until it becomes aromatic.

3rd Step 

When the shrimp are pink and opaque, flip them over and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. Take the shrimp out of the pan and save them.

4th Step 

Add the heavy cream and the chicken or vegetable broth to the same pan. To achieve a small thickening, simmer the mixture, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes.

5th Step 

Mix the grated Parmesan cheese into the sauce by adding it and stirring it until it melts. Fresh lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste should be stirred in.

6th Step
