THE INGREDIENTS LIST: 

FOR THE CREAM:

3 Cans.Of milk cream.

2 Cans.Of sweetened condensed milk.

2 Pkg.Of passion fruit juice powder of your choice. 

FOR THE GANACHE:

One box.Of milk cream. 

200 grams.Of chopped dark chocolate. 

FOR GARNISH: 

You can use shaved chocolate or chopped nuts. 

PREPARATION: 

1st Step 

Add the milk cream, sweetened condensed milk, and passion fruit juice powder to a blender.

2nd Step 

Mix for approximately 5 minutes until a soft and homogenous cream is achieved.

3rd Step 

Take a glass container and evenly distribute the mixture within it.

4th Step 

Place the chocolate in a basin and melt it in a bain-marie or microwave (stopping every 30 seconds to prevent it from browning).

5th Step 

Add the milk cream and thoroughly combine to obtain a glossy cream. Place the confection in the refrigerator for at least one hour to allow the chocolate ganache to congeal.

6th Step 

Once the time has passed, remove the dessert from the refrigerator, serve it cold, and savor its deliciousness!
